Account Deletion
You can delete your AutoCare account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to do it — directly from the app or by contacting us.

Delete from inside the app (Recommended)
- 1.Open the AutoCare app on your Android device
- 2.Go to Profile → tap the menu icon (⋮) in the top-right corner
- 3.Select "Settings"
- 4.Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
- 5.Read the confirmation message and tap "Delete My Account & Data"
- 6.Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

Request deletion by contacting us
If you cannot access the app or prefer to submit a manual request, contact us using any of the options below. Include the phone number or email associated with your account.

What gets deleted
Deleted
- ✓Your account profile
- ✓All vehicle records
- ✓All fuel log entries
- ✓All expense records
- ✓All service/maintenance logs
- ✓AI chat history
- ✓App preferences & settings
Retained (limited period)
- ✓Anonymised crash logs (30 days)
- ✓Aggregated analytics (no personal identifiers)
- ✓Legal / financial records as required by law
Deletion timeline
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. After your request is submitted, your data will no longer be accessible in the app. Backups and cached data are fully purged within the 30-day window. You will receive a confirmation on WhatsApp or email once the deletion is complete.
Good to know
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- If you only want to remove data from a single vehicle, you can do that inside the app without deleting your entire account.
- Uninstalling the app does not delete cloud-synced data — you must submit a deletion request.
- You can re-register with AutoCare after deletion, but previously deleted data cannot be recovered.
